What exactly does Connection Tracker do? ▼
You upload your LinkedIn connections as a CSV file and describe what you're looking for: a client, partner, colleague, investor or introduction. The AI analyzes all your contacts and gives you a prioritized list of the most relevant people. For each person you'll see why they're relevant, plus a ready-to-send message you can use right away.
How do I export my LinkedIn connections? ▼
Go to LinkedIn data export and request your data archive. You'll receive an email with a download link, usually within minutes. Download the archive, unzip it and upload the Connections.csv file in the tool. Note: you'll need to re-upload this file each session; it's never stored on our servers. Your projects and matches are saved.
How many connections can I analyze? ▼
By default, up to 1,000 connections are analyzed. Larger network? Before the analysis, you can add 0.5 credit per 250 extra connections and analyze your entire network. An analysis of 2,000 connections costs 2 credits + 4 × 0.5 credit = 4 credits total. There's no cap on the number of connections you can analyze.
What are credits and how do they work? ▼
Credits are Connection Tracker's currency. You buy them once, no subscription. Spend them on analyses, refinements, live info, extra connections and more. Credits from multiple purchases stack and stay valid for 12 months.
What is refining and how often can I do it? ▼
After an analysis, you can reorder your matches with additional instructions. Refining works best on job title and seniority, e.g. "give more weight to C-level and founders" or "score recently connected contacts higher". For a completely different search, start a new project. The first refinement is free; after that, refining costs 0.5 credit. Each project allows a maximum of one paid refinement.
What else can I do after the analysis? ▼
After the analysis you have access to all extra features:

Network assistant: ask concrete questions about your results: who to approach, in what order, how to write a message. 3 questions free, then 0.20 credit per 3 questions.

Live info per contact: pull live information on a person or company with one click. What they're doing now, recent news, why they're relevant, and a concrete hook for your message. Costs 0.20 credit per contact.

Missing someone?: manually look up a connection by name or company that isn't in the results. The AI analyzes that contact specifically. 3 free, then 0.20 credit per 3 searches.

Status management: mark contacts as Contacted, Responded or Not interesting. Filter by status to track where you stand.

Favorites: pin your most important contacts to the top of your list with the star icon.

Save projects: save analyses as a project (max. 10). Your results, refinement history and statuses are saved.

Excel export: export your results to Excel with color coding and filters.
Can I earn credits by inviting someone? ▼
Yes. Share your personal invite link and you both get 2 free credits when the person you invited buys a credit package. Your link is in your account. There's no limit on invitations.
Is my data safe? ▼
The data Connection Tracker analyzes comes from your LinkedIn Connections CSV export. It contains names, job titles and company names, information your connections have shared publicly on LinkedIn themselves and that is visible to everyone. The CSV also contains the exact composition of your network and connection dates. This is not sensitive personal data. Your raw CSV file is processed in your own browser and never stored on our servers. If you save a project, the analysis results are stored in our database so you can find them later. What exactly does each feature cost? ▼
Analysis: 2 credits (up to 1,000 connections). Per 250 extra connections: 0.5 credit extra.
Refinement: first time free. After that 0.5 credit.
Live info per contact: 0.20 credit per contact.
Missing someone search: first 3 free, then 0.20 credit per 3 searches.
Network assistant: first 3 questions free, then 0.20 credit per 3 questions.
Analysis stopped: minimum 0.5 credit (charged proportionally). We charge this because AI costs were already incurred for the contacts analyzed up to that point, even if the analysis didn't finish.
