The data Connection Tracker analyzes comes from your LinkedIn Connections CSV export. It contains names, job titles and company names: information your connections have shared publicly on LinkedIn themselves and that is visible to everyone. The CSV also contains the exact composition of your network and connection dates. This is not sensitive personal data.

2. What data we process
Account data
When you create an account, we process your email address for authentication (magic link) and communication about your account and purchases.
LinkedIn connection data
You upload a CSV file with your LinkedIn connections into the tool yourself. This file is processed exclusively in your own browser and is never sent to our servers. If you save a project, the analysis results (names, roles and companies of selected contacts) are stored in our database. The analysis instructions, including names, roles and company names of your connections, are forwarded via our server to Anthropic for AI processing. Your raw CSV file never leaves your browser.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store any payment data.
Usage data
We may keep anonymous usage statistics (number of analyses, session duration) that cannot be traced back to an individual.
3. Legal basis for processing
Processing takes place on the basis of performance of the agreement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability. Send a request to info@connection-tracker.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
6. Retention periods
We retain account data as long as your account is active, plus 2 years afterwards. We retain invoice references for 7 years in accordance with the Dutch fiscal retention obligation. To delete your account, contact info@connection-tracker.com.
7. Changes
We may amend this statement. In case of material changes, we will inform you by email.
1. Definitions
Connection Tracker: the service as offered via connection-tracker.com.
User: any natural person or legal entity using Connection Tracker.
Credits: the virtual units that grant access to paid features within Connection Tracker.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all use of Connection Tracker and all agreements between Connection Tracker and the user. By using Connection Tracker, the user agrees to these terms.
3. The service
Connection Tracker offers a web-based tool that allows users to analyze their LinkedIn connection data (supplied as a CSV file) using AI. The tool generates a prioritized list of relevant contacts based on a goal specified by the user.
Connection Tracker does not guarantee specific results. The quality of the analysis also depends on the quality and completeness of the supplied data and the formulation of the goal.
4. Account and access
The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities that take place under their account. Misuse must be reported immediately via info@connection-tracker.com.
5. Credits
Credits are purchased via the website and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. If the service is discontinued, unused credits will be refunded pro rata.
The first refinement per analysis is free, unless only the Entry package has been purchased. In that case, no credits remain available for refinement after the analysis.
Other costs: 0.10 credit per current-info lookup per contact; 0.10 credit per 3 extra assistant questions (after 3 free); 0.10 credit per 3 searches via “Missing someone?”; 0.50 credit per 250 extra connections above 1,000.

Rates may be adjusted. Existing credits retain their value at the time of purchase.
6. Referral program
Users can invite new users via a personal invite link. When an invited user purchases a credit package, both the inviter and the new user receive 2 free credits. Connection Tracker reserves the right to change or terminate the referral program.
7. Use of the service
The user warrants that they are entitled to use the supplied LinkedIn data in accordance with the LinkedIn Terms of Service and applicable privacy legislation. It is not permitted to use the tool for spam, deception or other unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the software, design and content of Connection Tracker rest with Connection Tracker. The user only obtains a non-exclusive right of use for personal or business purposes.
9. Liability
Connection Tracker is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost income. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the event causing the damage.
10. Availability
Connection Tracker strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11. Right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content that is available immediately after purchase. By agreeing to these terms and completing the purchase, the user expressly acknowledges that delivery commences immediately and that the right of withdrawal lapses at the moment the credits are made available, in accordance with article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code.
12. Cancellation and termination
The user can cancel their account at any time via info@connection-tracker.com. Connection Tracker reserves the right to terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
1. What are cookies
Connection Tracker uses local storage (localStorage) in your browser. Technically this is not a cookie but a comparable technology.
2. What we store
Connection Tracker does not use tracking cookies. We only use functional local storage required for the tool to work. See the table in the privacy policy for a full overview of stored data.

On our servers (Supabase)
For accounts, we store the following data in our database (Supabase, servers in the EU). Saved analyses and projects are stored in Supabase Storage (EU):

Your LinkedIn CSV file is processed exclusively in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
3. No tracking or advertising
Connection Tracker does not use analytics cookies, social media tracking pixels or advertising cookies. No data is shared with advertising networks.

Stripe may place functional cookies during checkout. We do not share personal data with advertising networks.
5. Managing storage
You can clear local storage via your browser settings (Settings → Privacy → Browsing data → Delete site data for connection-tracker.com).
